Linda Lee Glenn Owens, 73, of Olive Hill, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
Linda was born February 27, 1949, at Rushville, Indiana, a daughter of the late Lawrence Glenn and Thelma Mayse Glenn.
Linda was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed going to thrift shops and yard sales, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Linda is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jimmie Allen Owens; one son, Shane Owens of Olive Hill; four daughters, Selina Owens of Emerson, Michelle Owens of Vanceburg, Marsha Owens of Morehead, and Treva Owens of Emerson; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A host of other family members and friends also survive who will sadly mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Glenn, a sister, Pearl Collins, and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 1, 2023, in Owens Family Cemetery in Lewis County with Bro. Gregory Owens officiating.
Friends may visit from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US 60, at Olive Hill.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
