Kevin Logan Cooper, born July 22nd, 1998, at Portsmouth, Ohio, was taken unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He is now spending eternity with his Savior, Jesus Christ.
He leaves behind the memories and influence of a personality that cannot be duplicated. He was a valued employee of STOBER Drives in Maysville, where he was the Supply Chain Team Lead.
Surviving family members are his wife, Morgan Cooper, a son Kevin Jonah Cooper, and his unborn son, Samson Logan Douglas Cooper. In addition, he is survived by his parents, Kevin (Marita) Cooper and Cassie (Beth) Nolder; his sisters, Mykaela (Collin) Lucken, Elizabeth Cooper, and Alexis Enix; his father-in-law, Douglas Enix (Casey Bentley); grandparents, Jeff and Dreama Flowers, Tom and Robin Conley, and Wayson and Patty Cooper; and a great-grandparent, Reta Faye Lewis. Logan also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Carl Baxter; a maternal grandmother, Helen Lou Rizzo; maternal great-grandparents, George and Mildred Rizzo; paternal great-grandparents, Forrest Q. and Eloise Cooper, and Emerson and Marlene Curtis; a great-grandfather, Robert G. Lewis; great-grandparents, James and Essie Conley; and his mother-in-law, Jendra Enix.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Gaydos Funeral Home, 159 Second Street in Vanceburg.
Logan’s funeral will be Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Gaydos Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Bean officiating. Burial will follow in Cooper Cemetery on Scotts Branch.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Cooper, Brad Curtis, Hunter Bryant, Tommy Buckner, Eric Conley, Collin Lucken, and Jackson Daley.
