Loretta Kamer Webb, 71, of Garrison, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
She was born Wednesday, November 18, 1951, in Lewis County, a daughter of the late Melvin and Lucy Bentley Kamer.
Loretta was a member of Bivens Chapel Church. She enjoyed singing, working puzzles, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by one son, Christopher Lee (Patricia) Stone of Bucyrus, Ohio; one daughter, Breashay (Jewell) Swearingen of Portsmouth, Ohio; two granddaughters, Kelly Ann Mollencopf and Leanna Trischler; two great-grandchildren, Maelynn Clarice Rollison and Lilly Anna Sheppherd; one brother, Michael Dale (Pamela) Kamer of Quincy; two sisters, Brenda Sue Blaine of South Shore and Rhonda Gail Kamer of Garrison; and many other family member and friends who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Robert Melvin Kamer; one brother, Darrell Ray Kamer; and two sisters, Debora Kay Swearingen and Marsha Diann Bloomfield.
Services will be held at Noon on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 103 Dudley Avenue in Garrison with Bro. Chris Lawhun officiating. Burial will follow in Waring Cemetery in Garrison.
Friends may visit from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2022, and after 9:00 a.m. until the service hour, December 2, 2022, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
