Murder case bound over to grand jury

Michael E. Justice

The case against a Garrison man charged with murder and first-degree assault resulting from a shooting incident associated with a vehicle repossession will be considered by a grand jury.

The case against Michael Justice, 47, was heard Tuesday by District Judge Brian McCloud when a Kentucky State Police detective testified during a preliminary hearing.

The hearing was conducted by video conference with Justice appearing from the Lewis County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
