Naomi Jean Edington Stone, 74, of Garrison, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at her home.
She was born November 1, 1949, in Otway, Ohio, a daughter of the late Robert Bruce and Mary Lizzie Buckner Edington.
Naomi enjoyed working in her flower garden, watching birds and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Clyde Stone and Keith Jackson Stone of Garrison, and Kelly Gene Stone of Pascagoula, Mississippi, and two sisters, Ruth Logan of Morehead and Julie Stidham of Vanceburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Lonnie Jack Stone; one sister, Leonna Swim; and two brothers, Coy “Joe” Lee and Roy “Dick” Lee.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg, with Bro. Larry Joe Madden officiating. Burial will follow in Maddy Cemetery at Garrison.
Friends may visit after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Dickerson Funeral Home.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
