Pamela Hope Evans, 56, of Vanceburg, passed away Wednesday evening, March 22, 2017, at her home.

She was born May 14, 1960, in Scioto County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Wanda Sapp Evans.

Pamela was very outgoing and enjoyed joking with people, her dog Briggidy, going to yard sales, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Pamela is survived by one son, Shawn Bivens of Vanceburg; one daughter, April Gum of Vanceburg; five grandchildren; one brother, Tim Evans of Vanceburg; two sisters, Angie Evans of Vanceburg, and Amy Bolander of May’s Lick; and special friends, Dave Clark and Lisa Sparks. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Dale Bivens and Greg Bivens; and one brother, Ronnie Evans.

Services will be at Noon Monday, March 27, 2017, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg with Bro. Tony Corns officiating. Burial will follow in Lewis County Memory Gardens at Black Oak.

Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until Noon Monday, March 27, 2017, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
