Paula Sue Kilgore, 50, of Old Trace Creek Road, passed away Thursday afternoon, December 15, 2016, at her home.
She was born August 17, 1966, in Rushville, Indiana, a daughter of the late Virgil Lee and Sharon Kay Elza Kilgore.
Paula was of the Freewill Baptist faith and attended the Grahn Hill Freewill Baptist Church. She worked as a Sleep Technologist at Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, and enjoyed going to the movies, shopping, reading, going out to eat, and spending time with her family and friends and also with her animals that she loved dearly.
Paula is survived by two brothers, Robert Lee Kilgore of Plainfield, Indiana, and Aaron Duwayne Kilgore of Morehead; two nephews, Chase Michael Neal and Shane Aaron Kilgore; two nieces, Courtney Leeanna Kilgore and Mia Grace Kilgore; and a very special cousin, Kristin Mae Enix, whom she thought of as her own. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
A memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill with Bro. Ronald Logan and Bro. Jimmy Barker officiating. Burial will be in Smith-Gilliam Cemetery on Laurel Road at the convenience of the family.
Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West Highway US 60 at Olive Hill.
