Unknown-1 — PrimaryPlus CEO Jerry Ugrin participates in a ribbon cutting ceremony to dedicate a new facility that honors the person who has been with PrimaryPlus since its inception. The company has grown to more than 19 medical offices throughout Northeastern Kentucky and the Ohio Valley Region from its original Vanceburg location.

Lewis County Primary Care Center, Inc. dba PrimaryPlus, experienced a banner week filled with celebrations and growth. The non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center has been headquartered in Vanceburg for over 40 years.
