Ramona Pearl P’Simer Carver Williams, 81, of Vanceburg, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021, with a broken heart at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born March 3, 1939, in Lewis County, a daughter of the late Sibley and Helen Cooper P’Simer.

Ramona was a member of the Scotts Branch Church of Christ and loved her church, reading her Bible, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

Ramona is survived by her second husband, Glenn Williams; three sons, John Carver (Sherry) and Matthew Carver (Sheena) of Vanceburg, and Steve Williams of Morehead; one daughter, Trina Blevins (Dean) of Vanceburg; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Clarinda Price of Olive Hill, and Louise Wright of Mansfield, Ohio. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Johnny Carver; two sons, Heath Williams and Michael Carver; one granddaughter, Bailey Mae Carver; and one brother, Donald Dean.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2021, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Camp Dix with Bro. David Prater officiating. Burial will follow in Stone Cemetery.

Friends may visit from Noon until 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2021, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Camp Dix.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, we ask that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing.
