Robert “Bob” Ray, 62, of Flemingsburg, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Bob was a loving and devoted husband, a caring and generous father, a fun and loving grandfather, thoughtful son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was an avid and expert bass fisherman and he enjoyed riding the trails on his Razr. Bob was employed by Motion Industries where he worked as a sales representative for 21 years.
He is survived by wife, Debbie Ray; children, Jonathan Ray (Hannah) of Brooksville, Deidre Blevins (Jim Griffin) of LaGrange, and Mark Blevins (Bree) of Vanceburg; grandchildren, Alex Blevins, Taylor Blevins, Taylor Frye, Quinton Ray, Andrew Ray, and Harper Ray; one brother, Steve Ray, and one sister, Cindy (Troy) King, both of Mt Olivet ; and his mother, Jeanette Selby of Mt Olivet.
He was loved and will be missed by many.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2016, at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Maysville. Burial will follow in Wallingford Cemetery.
