Roger Donald Jones Jr, 44, of Tollesboro, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at his home.
He was born in Fayette County on December 26, 1980, a son of the late Edward Highlander and Victoria McGlothin Jones.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, grilling out, and spending time with his family and furbabies.
Survivors include his companion of 12 years, Mylinda Merritt; one stepdaughter, Ashley Thoroughman of Ribolt; one son, Connor Clifford of Falmouth; three stepsons, Bryant Butcher of Ashalnd, and Wade Merritt and Adam Merritt of Rectorville; two sisters, Angela Jones of Maysville and Susan Huff of Flemingsburg; and 17 grandchildren. Many other family and members friends will sadly miss him.
A Celebration of Life will be at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Victory Baptist Church in Flemingsburg with Bro. Shawn Meade officiating.
