Roxanne Mosley

Roxanne Davis Mosley of Garrison fell asleep in death on March 25, 2024. She was born September 14, 1961, a daughter of the late Howard and Ida Hines Davis.

Survivors include her children, Becky (Philip) Valentine of Campton, Angela Mosley of Garrison, Timmy Plank of Tollesboro, Brandi (Matthew) Stone of Lexington, Roger (Lashanda) Mosley of Garrison, Stephanie (Kenneth) Flinders of Vanceburg, and Michelle (Ricky) Roe of Firebrick; her grandchildren, Waylon, Christopher, Austin (Briana), T. Drew (Isabella), Sierra (Hanford), Sebastian (Jayda), Lexus (Nick), Laken (Dalton), Kylie, Mariah, Brooklyn, Nathan, Irelyn (Braxton), Javen, Nakota, Gatlin, Levi (Mary), Ashlyn (Mark), and Evan; and great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Chancellor, Brentlee, Dailee, Sophie, Hunter, Everleigh, Kashus, Wesson, Ensley, Stormi, Paislee, Raedynn, Xavian, Kymbrii, Ryatt, and Grayson.

She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was baptized in June 2007. She was a member of Carpenters Local #698 out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lisa Davis and Tammy Jo Horsley, and a brother, Mick Mull. 

Roxanne’s surviving siblings are Deb, Howard (Tracy), Doug, Greg (Sandra), Justin, Susan, Jake, Troy, Tyler, and Jessica.

Roxanne was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love knew no bounds. She cherished her family above all else, finding joy in the laughter of her children, the warmth of her grandchildren, and the precious moments shared with her great-grandchildren.

Her unwavering faith in God was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her with strength and grace through every triumph and challenge. She found solace and inspiration in her spiritual journey, and her love for God radiated in every aspect of her life.

Beyond her family and faith, Roxanne found immense pleasure in tending to her garden. The earth seemed to come alive under her nurturing touch, blooming with vibrant colors and lush greenery. Her garden was not just a hobby, it was a sanctuary where she found peace and tranquility amidst the beauty of nature.

Her legacy of love, faith, and passion for gardening will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who were touched by her kindness, her wisdom, and her unwavering love.

At Roxanne’s request there will be no service.
