Sarah Perkins Wheeler, 69, of Garrison, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at her home.
She was born August 25, 1953, in South Charleston, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles and Helen Phillips Perkins.
Sarah enjoyed cooking, baking for her family, and going to auctions with her husband.
Survivors include three sons, Paul Wheeler and Jeff Wheeler of Garrison, and Will Wheeler of Bonifay, Florida; four brothers, Frank Perkins, James Perkins, Robert Perkins, and Chester Perkins of South Charleston, Ohio; four sisters, Neama Massie, Tennie Perkins, and Deann Litteral of South Charleston, Ohio, and Pam Creech of Lucasville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Wayne Wheeler; one brother, Charles Perkins; and one sister, Dianna Blake.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2023, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue at Garrison, with Bro. Johnny Byard officiating. Burial will follow in Skidmore Cemetery at Garrison.
