Snow results in traffic mishaps

Some minor accidents have been reported in Lewis County Sunday afternoon as a result of snow and falling temperatures.

None of the accidents have resulted in serious injuries. Officials are asking those who will be driving to exercise caution and allow plenty of stopping distance.

Road crews are out treating roadways and will remain on duty as long as needed.

Motorists should be extra careful around bridges and at intersections.
