MORE WORKERS NEEDED AS PRODUCTION INCREASES
Work is nearing completion on an expansion project for Superior Composites in the Black Oak Industrial Park and the company is beginning the process of hiring additional workers.
Work on the 20,000 square foot addition began earlier this year and will bring the Black Oak facility to a total of 156,000 square feet.
Along with that will come the creation of 32 additional jobs at the facility that presently employes 120 workers.
Kenn Moritz, President of Stonewood Capital Management and CEO of Superior Composites, joined other company, state and local officials for a groundbreaking ceremony on the expansion in March.
Eric Bloomfield, Controller for Superior Composites Co., LLC, says the company has “bent over backwards to create a safe and comfortable working atmosphere” for its employees.
