Suzette Simpson Osborne, 60, of Tollesboro, passed away Thursday evening, December 15, 2016, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born July 25, 1956, in Hamilton, Ohio, a daughter of Wanda Goodwin Simpson and the late Fred Simpson.
Suzette worked as a secretary for the Lewis County School System for many years. She enjoyed working in her yard, crafting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband of eight years, Wendell Osborne.
Survivors include her mother, who resides at Tollesboro; two daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Tim Flinders of Mt. Sterling, and Megan and Dan Beach of Portsmouth, Ohio; five grandchildren, Laurel, Olivia, Hadley, Anna, and Sophia; and three sisters, Tina Simpson, Tonya Simpson, and Karen White, all of Tollesboro. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 19, 2016, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg with Bro. Kevin Duff officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Mason County.
Friends may visit from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2016, and until the service hour on Monday at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
