Tedd E. Bentley, 73, of Quincy, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022, at his home.
He was born at Portsmouth, Ohio, December 13, 1948, a son of the late Doc Martin and Madge Jarvis Bentley.
Tedd was a United States Army Veteran, having served two tours in the Vietnam War. He was retired from Feecorp Inc. and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Left behind to cherish his memories are his wife of 53 years, Wanda Mae Huffman Bentley; two sons, Teddy (Donna) Bentley and Jason Bentley of Garrison; one sister, Wanda Jamison of Garrison; two grandchildren, Levi Bentley and Brandon Bentley; and two sisters-in-law, Shirley Bentley and Eva Bentley. Several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Bay, and two brothers, Roger Bentley and Montie Bentley.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore.
Inurnment will take place at a later date.
