A local company has been named by the Lewis County Board of Education to serve as the construction manager for the project to build a new facility that will house Central Elementary at Vanceburg.
Trace Creek Construction was chosen to serve as the project manager.
Meeting in a special session on Monday two board members excused themselves from the meeting when the time came to consider proposals from prospective construction managers for the estimated $13 million to $16 million project to build a new facility for Lewis County Central Elementary.
