Donald Trump easily won in Kentucky’s first ever Republican Presidential Caucus held on Saturday. He also didn’t have any problem getting votes in Lewis County.
Trump won 79 of Kentucky’s 120 counties with 35.9 percent of the vote while Cruz carried 41 and received 16.4 percent of the ballots cast.
For Lewis County, Trump received 522 votes (43.76 %) and Cruz collected 298 (24.98%) of the votes cast.
