Virginia Ann Smith Kilbreth, 77, of Wallingford, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025, at her home. Her family was at her side.
She was born July 24, 1948, at Stephenville, Texas, a daughter of the late Ernie D. Smith and Alma F. Neal Smith.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Larry Roger Kilbreth; two daughters, Karin (Rob) Harris of Vanceburg, and Donna Morgan (Bob Johnson) of Maysville; six grandchildren, Kristen (Mark) Ruggles, Robyn Harris, Shannon (Curtis) Applegate, Robert (Michaela) Harris, Roger (Sandi) Morgan, and Allison Morgan; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, Ed Robertson. Survivors also include many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Wade Smith, and a sister, Alma Robertson.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Sister Jeannie Harris officiating. Burial will be in Esham Cemetery at Vanceburg.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2025, and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Robert Harris, Roger Morgan, Braydon Kilbreth, Chad Stamm, Frank Crawford, and Dink Crawford.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jaxon Gilbert, Mason Ruggles, Luke Harris, Ryder Applegate, Grayson Applegate, Mark Ruggles, and Curtis Applegate.
A dinner will follow in the Tollesboro Funeral Home Fellowship Hall.
