Neill Walters contends shooting of Justin Johnson was accidental

The cases against Preston Neill Walters and Wince Walters were bound over to the grand jury during a probable cause hearing last week in Lewis District Court.
Judge Brian McCloud heard testimony from Lewis County Sheriff Johnny Bivens before making the determination that there is probable cause to believe the men committed the crimes they have been charged with.
