William “Bill” McGinnis, 57, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, at his home.
He was born in Ashland on August 28, 1964, to the late Bob and Phyllis McGinnis.
He is survived by multiple siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at Jordan Cemetery on Old Trace Road.
