William Robert Mitchell Jr., 67, of Vanceburg, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023, at his home.
He was born October 18, 1956, at Bristol, Virginia, a son of the late William Robert Mitchell Sr. and Lula Francis Tully Mitchell.
William loved being a truck driver, logging, hunting, fishing and most of all spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Thoroughman Mitchell; one daughter, Lisa Renee Mitchell of Vanceburg; one son, William Robert Mitchell III of Vanceburg; one brother, Kenneth “Boo” (Paula) Tulley of Tennessee; and two grandchildren, Kaitlynn Campbell and Bella Mitchell.
At the request of the family there will be no service at this time.
Arrangements are under the care of Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
