Wilma G. Bellamy Wilson, 73, of Tollesboro, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 22, 1951, in Mason County, a daughter of the late Cecil and Emma Rodgers Bellamy.
Wilma was a Christian. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, making crafts, shopping, and spending time with her family.
Wilma is survived by one daughter, Emily Polley of Tollesboro; one son, Robert Wilson of Fleming County; two sisters, Evelyn Griffith of Tollesboro and Jane Baker of Maysville; two brothers, Paul Bellamy of Tollesboro and Wayne Bellamy of Troy, Ohio; three grandchildren, Dustin Wilson, Jacob Wilson, and Nicholas Wilson; and five great-grandchildren. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Herbert Wayne Wilson; one son David Wayne Wilson; and four brothers, Cecil Bellamy, Ronnie Bellamy, Donnie Bellamy, and Bill Bellamy.
Services will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Hickory Grove Church with Bro. Lee McClurg officiating. There will be a dinner following the service in the fellowship hall.
