Loretta Sue McDaniel Bevins, 54, of Tollesboro, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, as the result of injuries sustained in an motor vehicle collision.
She was born February 23, 1967, in Carter County, a daughter of Jessie and Nancy Griffith McDaniel of Tollesboro.
Loretta was a deli clerk at Walmart in Maysville. She enjoyed camping, baking, crafts, flowers, and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Loretta is survived by her companion, Charles Brown; two sons, Jeremy Bevins (Shawna) of Flemingsburg and Jonathan Bevins (Jennifer) of Vanceburg; one daughter, Susan Bevins of Vanceburg; two sisters, Jessie Botkins (James) of Tollesboro and Tammy Stamper (Daniel) of Laurel; seven grandchildren, Kylie Gilliam, Natalie Willoughby, Kenneth Gilliam, Collin Bevins, Autumn Bevins, Landon Bevins and Ethan Bevins; and the father of her children, Lawrence Bevins. A host of other family members and friends also survive who will sadly mourn her passing.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bro. Phil Cropper officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Mason County.
Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2021, and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
