Carolyn Ann Trumbo, 73, of Tollesboro, died Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville.
Born October 25, 1952, in Mason County, she was a daughter of the late James Alford and Geneva Hickerson Trumbo.
She loved her cats, farm animals, and her faithful dog, Goldie.
Survivors include one sister, Brenda Jones of Mountain City, Tennessee; one nephew, Josh (Stephanie) Jones; one great-niece, Mattie Jones; two great-nephews, Jamie Jones and Brock Jones; and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ronald Lee Jones.
Graveside services were at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Mt Tabor Cemetery with Bro. Josh Jones officiating.
Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services was caring for arrangements.
