Randy Eugene Horsley, 52, of Vanceburg, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2024, at his home.
He was born at Portsmouth, Ohio, on June 13, 1971, a son of the late James and Ruby Stone Horsley.
Randy is survived by his companion of 25 years, Sue Goerner; a stepdaughter, Nancy Wilson of Garrison; two stepsons, Ricky Wilson and Jeremy Wilson of Vanceburg; five sisters, Lillie Clark of Vanceburg, Tammie (Adam) Vanhoose of Garrison, Ruthie Jane (Leroy) Rister of Greenup, Linda Horsley of Vanceburg, and Elizabeth Rister of Garrison; and a special sister, Connie Fannin; three brothers, Markel Horsley, Merle (Diana) Horsley, and Rick Salvia of Garrison; and eight step-grandchildren. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Laura “Tean” King; and three brothers, Wendell Salvia, Jimmy Horsley, and Bert “Hobo Joe” Horsley.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2024, at his home with Bro. Tim Underwood officiating. Burial will follow in Horsley Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 9:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2024.
