Elmer S. Kennard, 69, of Evarts, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, at his home.
He was born September 2, 1955, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of the late Fred Kennard and Eileen Evans Kennard.
Elmer had worked for Fuson Logging and retired from driving a semi-tractor trailer. He enjoyed motorcycles, sports, and spending time with his dogs.
Survivors include a stepson, Scotty Moore of Evarts; two sisters, Debbie Kennard and Missy Kennard, both of Vanceburg; a niece, Mandy Kennard of Vanceburg; and a great-niece, Deliah Kennard of Vanceburg. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also mourn his passing.
At the family’s request, there will be no service at this time.
