Kenneth Michael Thoroughman, 68, of Tollesboro, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville.
He was born Sunday, May 4, 1958, in Mason County, Kentucky, a son of the late Thomas Harvey and Margaret Crawford Thoroughman.
Kenneth enjoyed eating snack cakes, watching car shows on television, mowing grass and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include four sisters, Christal Tackett, Patricia Applegate, Hilda Mitchell all of Tollesboro, Juanita New of Fleming County, four sons, Thomas Thoroughman of Maysville, James Richard Thoroughman of Vanceburg, Cameron Thoroughman, Cayden Thoroughman, both of Tollesboro; two brothers, Wayne Thoroughman of Tollesboro, Paul Thoroughman of Wallingford; along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sandra Thoroughman and one granddaughter, Kiersten Leann Thoroughman.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Tollesboro Funeral Home, 11918 KY 57, Tollesboro, Kentucky, with Bro. Jerry Blevins officiating.
Friends may visit after 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2026, until the hour of service at the funeral home.
