Kalah R. Switzer, 43, of Vanceburg, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026, at her home.
She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, on October 25, 1982, a daughter of Charles and Debbie Staggs Switzer of Vanceburg.
Kalah loved gardening and being outdoors. She also loved to clean. She was a 2001 graduate of Lewis County High School.
She was of the Christian faith and loved and adored her grandson, Raidyn.
In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Kaitland Switzer and her fiancé Thomas Cooper of Garrison; two sons, Noah Kincaid and Aiden Dwayne; two sisters, Alisha (Scotty) Cooper of Tollesboro and Shanoah Switzer of Vanceburg; a brother, Seth Switzer of Vanceburg; and a grandson, Raidyn Cooper of Garrison.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Gaydos Funeral Home, 159 Second Street in Vanceburg, with Bro. Chester Kouns officiating.
Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Gaydos Funeral Home.
