Katrina Sexton, 50, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026, at her home with her family by her side.
She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, on September 22, 1975, to Ted E. and Claudette Skeans Thayer of Quincy, Kentucky.
Katrina attended South Portsmouth Church of Christ. She loved flowers, her family, and her friends, but especially cherished her children and grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 27 years Greg Sexton; two daughters, Sydney (Garrett) Noble and Joselyn (Dillon) Johnson; three sons, Brian (Rayanne) Dummitt, Dallas (Haylee Cruea) Sexton, and Jesse (Kayla) Sexton; one sister, Lana (Phillip) Fraley; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her lifelong friend, JoDawn (Wayne) Toller, along with many other friends and family members who will mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Carl and Betty Deans, and her paternal grandparents, Don and Sarah Thayer.
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at 2270 Briary Road, Quincy, Kentucky, with Bro. John Pierce officiating.
